Question What are your payment methods?
Answer

We accept Credit Cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard), Pay Pal, Twint and Invoice. Please have in mind that an invoice could mean that your order will take more than five days to arrive. Should you need an alternative form of payment, please get in touch.

Question What happens after placing the order?
Answer

Once your order is confirmed, you pick the date and delivery address. It will take up to five days to arrive and you can expect it between 11am and 7pm.

Question Can I choose the delivery time?
Answer

We are unable to take requests for an exact delivery time as we follow the best route to your address. Should you need it at a specific time, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Question What happens if I’m not at home?
Answer

We will do our best to deliver your bouquet to someone in the house to leave in your front door. If there is no one present at the given address, we will leave it in front of the house. In this cases, we can’t be responsible if something happens to the bouquet upon delivery.

Question What happens if my subscription delivery day is a holiday?
Answer

We will automatically postpone your subscription to the next week.  If you would like to receive your bouquet  in another day on the holiday week, please get in touch at least five days in advance. 

Question Can I choose the flowers?
Answer

Because we create from seasonal flowers, our compositions will depend on what’s fresh. This is why we encourage you to embrace surprise with every bouquet. Keep in mind that two will never be the same. If you would still like to pick a certain flower or add your personal touch, please let us know. We will love to go through all the possibilities with you.

Question How do flower subscription works?
Answer

Flower subscriptions are the easiest way of always having fresh blooms around. Simply pick the size, frequency and period that work best for you. Each bouquet is uniquely design, so one will always be different from the next. 

Your first delivery will take place up to five days after your subscription is confirmed. Delivery fee is included.

Question How can I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription, please get in touch.

Question I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
Answer

Our bouquets are designed to last from five to seven days. If this is not the case with yours, please let us know. To better assist you, we kindly ask that you send a picture of it and briefly tell us what happened.
